WHAT IS RVU

Retail Venue Uplift, or RVU for short, will align TAB venues across Queensland, the Northern Territory, South Australia, and Tasmania with our current enhanced offers, markets, and processes already established in Victoria, New South Wales, and the ACT.

RVU will ensure that your venue is able to provide each and every one of your customers with the seamless in-venue betting experience we’ve all been working towards since we began with our transition from UBET to TAB.

MODULES


We’ll cover changes to your start-of-day processes, including how to correctly sign-on to either your Orion or Self-Service terminals.

We look at the new betting experience, from how to place a bet, all the way to our new bet types. Also included are details to significant changes to existing Bet Cancellation processes for you and our customers

Highlighting some important changes to your AML/CTF procedures and training including terminal blocks

Focus on changes to what you currently know as Admins, such as Lost Ticket Claim and Mnemonics.

Step-by-step guide on changed processes for operating both the Orion and Self-Service Terminals.

Suitably ends on changes to your end-of-day process.

My name is Belinda Smith and I am the Communications Lead in Tabcorp’s Trade Engagement Team.  I have been with Tabcorp for over 20 years and worked in cross functional teams from Oncourse and Retail and now Trade Engagement. 

I am excited to help in the training journey as we complete the final stage to becoming one TAB across all states.




Moderators

The Service Support Centre (SSC) is a National 24-hour – 365-day B2B support for TABCORP’s Retail Network. SSC provides first level support for TAB, Keno, Sky and MAX as well as Regulatory requirements such as AML/CTF, Big Bet Monitoring and Security Monitoring.

The SSC Team will be participating in all the RVU training sessions online and moderating your questions. We’re there to support you every day of the week and not just through the RVU project. With decades of TAB experience under our belt, our sole purpose is to support venues. We can't wait to be a part of this change with you.

JOINING THE TRAINING SESSION?

Using your unique link which was emailed to you once you registered for the training, login to the training portal. The sessions will start promptly so please log on 5 - 10 minutes beforehand to familiarise yourself with the portal.
