Harry Moffitt

Psychologist, Managing Director at Stotan Group, APAC Director at Mission Critical Team Institute, Author

Session: Building Strong Minds (and Teams), Keynote Speaker - Thursday 7 May – 8.45AM – 9:45AM

OVERVIEW: How can we focus on well-being and avoid burnout? How can we make sure our team mates continue to show up and thrive in these environments?

We will hear from Harry Moffitt, Psychologist, Managing Director at Stotan Group and former SAS Team Commander on how to build strong minds (and teams).

DETAILS: Leading or participating as part of a bid team requires extraordinary resilience. Stakes are high and the deadline always looms. In most cases, bid teams are always juggling multiple jobs, in a pressure cooker.  Add in the complexity of human dynamics, time poor subject matter experts, and new technology.  It's a lot.

Harry Moffitt will present on his background as an SAS Team Commander, and now psychologist, sharing stories of extraordinary resilience.

He will lead us through some simple exercises to help delegates to build effective habits: routines, rituals and coping mechanisms, and learn how to become our own high performance manager.
