Call for SPEAKERs

 EXPRESSION OF INTeREST 

Members and industry are welcome to submit an EOI to deliver a keynote or speaker presentation.

We are seeking all levels of experience to share on a range of topics such as:

  • 5-minute career stories that inspire. Tell us about (a) Your career path into bids and where you are at now and (b) Highlight one major success/achievement in bids.
  • 5-minute bid-success stories that inspire. Tell us about the one bid that made that biggest impact on you/the team/the client and why.
  • 20-minute industry case studies. Tell us what it takes to succeed in bidding within a specific sector.  Share insights and practical tips.
  • 20-minute presentations that highlight specialist skills required to bid successfully. Share insights and practical tips.

EOI Application Process

Please send an email to 
vice-chair@apmpanz.org
with a response to the following points:

 Your name, industry, and experience in bidding (or relationship to the bid and proposal profession)

  The area of the program you are most interested in

Your topic and a few sentences on what you’d cover

Why you think your presentation is well suited to this audience

Your experience as a presenter (i.e., level of confidence – we’ll do our best to support you)


We believe in delivering a great experience for our audience members and appreciate all offers.

Assessment Process

All EOIs will be acknowledged by email and assessed over the period: December 2023 to February 2024.

Where we see a great fit and balance to the overall program, we will schedule time for an interview.

All successful EOIs will be notified before 1 March.

We are dedicated to increasing recognition of the value of professional proposal development. The ANZ Chapter is for all proposal professionals in Australia and New Zealand and also for those in the Asia Pacific region where no local APMP chapter currently exists. Members currently stretch all the way from Perth to Wellington.
